We have used this service the last 3 yrs on Thanksgiving day. arriving around 12:30. Last yr everyone off the plane walked right through no waits. two yrs ago the same day , flight and time was a different story. we walked right through . the other line was very long. we like it because its nice to shed those winter clothes. this yr we are arriving on a sat and we booked it.

I have never had an issue getting in there..but that said..they do limit space and sell out sometimes so you wont be able to use it on a real busy day if you don't book in advance far enough...I am talking on the departure side

It's an insurance, as you never fully know that the line won't be long in regular immigration...it's a little bit or a lot of pampering if needed... it's fantastic for newbies, as we know it can be somewhat confusing to get through immigration and customs.

It was wonderful for me...I can go through any of the immigration lines (Jamaican or Foreign)...but still loved the spoiling aspect of Club Mobay...made my driver (Rob ) wait for me as I got my drink on in their lounge area...lol.

We have friends that will always use their service...Jamaican and tourist...they just love that little extra bit of pampering!!

Please add “Frank and Millie Kalisz” to your list of celebrities. We book them every year - and we already booked the full arrival/departure for our trip next February. It’s worth every penny. And of course I booked it thru link on this board.

If you're going during high season, be sure to book early. Especially the lounge on return gets booked up.

It is really good if you are taking a group of new people with you. This way I don't have to worry about their paperwork. It is really to bad more airports don't have this service.
