So in a previous note on this subject I had read that because the service is so good the line up for the VIP section was becoming as long and sometimes longer than the regular line. Is that in fact true, and if so are they making changes to correct the bottle neck? Had looked at this as an option this winter coming but not if the wait is the same.

I still consider this as a 100% service experience. Regardless of the number of people I appreciate the personal touch of the rep escort and I always love the help with my transfer and the lounge. People on my plan laughed as they breezed through the maze toward the immigration agents, and I said good for you! But for me, I really appreciate the person helping me. I'm not helpless, but I'm on vacation. In fact, I could easily navigate the airport after trip #2, but last trip when my transfer was a cluster-bomb, I appreciated the lounge while I waited.
