Will be hitting up Red Dragon on our trip in December. We were their 2 years ago for our first time, not missing it again this year! Still best to be there by noon?

You shouldn't be slammed for liking Deans, Weeboy. Dean's pork is very good...I actually find both similar in taste. Dean has been on the beach and recommended for a long, long time.
I enjoy going to Red Dragon for the icy cold beers, people and of course their pork...it can be a bit of a fun adventure/experience for some visitors.

Agreed, they are very similar and it is a nice trek up to red ground and the dragon.
Perhaps it was timing on the beach. Was super hungry, looked up and there was Dean! God bless em!
Didn't have to leave our perch, the food just comes to you on the beach....
Think Deans hotter selection may be a tic more spicy .

    Great eating,
Just make sure you "clean your fingers"
    after eating.
Those spices will hurt your eyes, etc. if you rub
    your face or anywhere sensitive.
