Those spices are like doing yard work around some poison ivy, then having to use the men's room. Both make me very nervous.

    Holy pain Batman,
    Yikes!

    Hey JohnNYC,
I'm glad there is a sink and soap at Red Dragon.
    Never forget it.

Not as glad as I am. I'm the guy that washes his hands upon entering and leaving the restroom.

You're so right! We have a friend who was cooking up something with scotch bonnet peppers and needed to pee right after cutting the peppers up. Momma never said wash your hands before you pee .... he didn't. He learned pretty quickly that that might have been a good idea! We all tried not to laugh when he told us his tale of woe and pain, but we didn't succeed very well! LOL

Went there with you and Lisa to have our first Red Dragon Pork ... before we got the order, Rob, you warned me not to eat the seeds. I remember your hand shooting out and grabbing mine on that first bite (that had seeds on it) and saying a little more forcefully "DON'T eat those seeds!" I think you saved me a whole lot of burn! I check for seeds now by habit! Eating Jamaican 101, with Professor Rob! Thanks for the tip ... and the save!
