Getting in the Jamaican Mood ! Making a Big Jamaican Meal here Thursday !
Jerk Pork & Curried Goat marinating till Thursday , be making Jamaican peas & rice and
boiled yucca & fried plantains ! I used quite a few scotch bonnet peppers so I'll need plenty
of Red Stripes to wash it all down. Have a full kitchen at my cottage in Negril, will be doing
lot's of Authentic Jamaican Cooking ! Look forward to seeing you all in February !
