Peewee's two doors down from Blue Cave Castle. Great breakfast, nice view from the cliffs, and the breakfasts are super reasonable. I don't know current prices, but in 2015 it was only $400j for two eggs, bacon and toast.
Quality and Connie also cook breakfast, not sure about prices tho, but their lunch/dinner meals are fantastic, so I'd say their breakfasts should be good too.
