Shout was a great place to chill.......when the new owners took over about ten years ago I believe, it changed......they had frequent friends hanging up and totally changed the ambience. We used to hang out by our cottage by the sea and just chill. After the change, some of that was lost. As for the dogs barking, I am not sure any place on the west end doesn't have dogs barking.....it is what it is

Heater mentioned Somewhere West. I had always wanted to check it out. it is far west. Lenbert took us there on the Pub Crawl. I loved it. I would like to do it but I think 3 days would be enough. we enjoy being around people and it is kinda quiet there. The pool and bar area is beautiful.
