It is just past Coral Seas Cliff resort and Sips and Bites, next road to the left. I was told it was always called Oasis, just completely remodeled.

You cannot miss their new sign on the main road. It stands out and is quite nice.

ohhh, it's all the way up AND a locals' spot.

the pool/bar area looks a lot like the nicer, smaller hotels we stay at when we're in port au price. i like it!

(and it sounds like they have the same issues you encounter in the smaller port au prince hotels, as well.)
