Thanks! I believe he said it would be 30 rooms. It looked to be very high end, the rooms were furnished. There is a huge restaurant/bar area already built on edge of the sea. There is also an extremely large pool with swim up bar in place as well. They were finishing off the kithen area while we were touring. There was still a decent amount of work to be done, but they said they were trying to open by end of Feb. I will say they were there working daily our entire trip, so maybe they can pull together. I can't wait to see the finished product as in will be a very unique property for the cliffs. Its a large amount of space and the restaurant bar area is HUGE!Originally Posted by EdmontonGuy
