On Sunday Pablo does Fricasee Chicken, something I had never tried before, it was awesome too.

Fricasse is very, very common here and I had to learn years ago to ask for fried chicken without "sauce"...otherwise you're more than likely going to get it!
Fricasse is a type of sweet & sour sauce...that obviously many enjoy.
