Chinamon spot downtown is a good one, my favorite is the small market right next to Pure Garden, kinda across from Bourbon Beach to give a beach side reference. It used to be 24USD, but I believe on my last reach it was $26USD. You can buy warm or cold as well, just ask for what you want if you don't see it.

Mega Mart in MoBay ........... lots of variety of beers to choose from ......... plus they sell 6 packs, cases, and individual bottles if you want to sample some of the other local favorites
