I have also used Joe Cool and enjoyed the ride, rode with the owner's wife (cannot remember the name) and another employee and both were nice. Joe's wife, in particular, was fun to talk to and we had a great time. She asked what we were doing while on the island and I said we had a tour to Tivoli Gardens scheduled the next day, with stops in Rema and Jungle scheduled as well. She nearly drove us off the road in disbelief. I told her that I was just joking and we had a lot of laughs after that. And stopped for fresh beers several times as well!
We were at Coco 3/4-11. Had a great time also! Thanks for your trip report!

"Dinner was at Best in The West. The service was excellent and the chicken was okay. A little dried out. The downer of the meal was that one of the ladies that served us then launched into a spiel on the Royalton and the time share options and will we go for an information sessions. It was not pressure packed but still not welcome. The Royalton also has people walking the beach trying the same thing. It is a shame that a company with Canadian roots is doing business in this manner, not to mention the Elephants Ass of a building they have put up"
I cannot believe she is still there doing this! She ruined our meal last July by being so forceful that she actually sat down at our table trying to convince us to visit Royalton. We gave her all the typical, thanks, no thanks, we Negril vets, etc. etc, she wouldn't stop. Finally Da Boss Lady told her she was being very rude and ruining our meal that we had looked forward to, she finally left. This last trip we saw her still there and we just walked right by, we won't go back and be harrassed again. I actually told this story a couple times here and on Facebook boards, someone said the owner should be told. I assume she does to about everyone and he has been told. Who knows, its a shame she is still at it.
