as an aside, I am a strict Southwest/JetBlue person... last summer I had to fly Delta and I was thoroughly impressed. I paid a lot for a last minute flight, but it was really a beautiful experience. The onboard experience was pretty top notch (compared to the basic, yet excellent, Southwest experience). Next time I need to fly to Montana, I'll be looking for deals early on and using Delta again, for sure!
