We stayed there twice. I like it a lot. The rooms are all different shapes and sizes. Standard is likely to be smaller and darker and closer to the road. I believe the deluxe ones are closest to the beach.

We prefer upstairs, so that you don't have to worry about people walking past you -- some porches are inches from the path. If you don't like stairs, then downstairs

Recommended, especially if you can get a room set back from the road a bit.
