    On the walk back from breakfast this lady just got out
    of a dugout style fishing boat with this

    It is a Mahi-Mahi or some call it the dolphin fish.

    Surprised they didn't catch a slew of dolphin. Usually when you catch 1 you can continue catching them, especially if you leave the first one in the water.
    Nice size fish.
    Dolphin is my favorite eating fish.
    Best is steamed over coconut milk
