Very cool. Sounds like these guys are just looking out for you. Jamicans can be very protective and 90% of them will help you avoid the 10% trying to take advantage of the situation.because after I asked a guy to cook me a ΒΌ chicken, he grabs me by the arm and starts ushering me down the road. “Hey, that guy is cooking me a chicken…” He tells me not to do that again. I don’t get it. He says I should let him order for me, and that we were not going to eat there.

I love hearing from a first-timer as they fell in love with Negril. I still get excited , even after 21 trips, to arrive and be in Negril. More More please.

Great report and great pics! I too love your writing style, makes me feel like I am there. Soon I will be...next Saturday. We always chill on the cliffs, but for some reason really itching to walk the beach. Did it once on our first trip and got annoyed at being hassled every couple seconds. But for some reason, I am looking forward to the change of pace and energy of the beach area. Your pictures make me know that I have got to hit the beach at least a couple times this upcoming trip.
