Haven't brought pants or a jacket for more than 10 years, it doesn't get cold enough.
I have left Minneapolis in shorts and a t-shirt when it was -30. I don't even want to bring shoes but always do.

My husband just told me - "We are NOT taking so many clothes this year"! Ha - I will share Col Andy's with him - maybe he can work some overtime We wear jeans for the plane and have used them a few times at night - not often though!

I have always found that during the winter months, I always want to have a pair of jeans and a few long sleeve tees. Quite frankly, the Christmas winds can bring a bit of a chill. I tend to chill rather quickly, so I'd rather be safe and warm. Every December and early Jan. I always have used them. Generally, one sweatshirt is great to have along...just in case. Enjoy!

At that time of year I always wear jeans and a fleece sweater/jacket when I go. It can get "cold" at night. If the temperature is 30C during the day and slips to 20C at night - you will feel a difference (I always do). Better to be safe than sorry and if you find you are cold- good luck finding a sweater.

Make sure you take some bug spray with Deet. We just returned last week and the pests were peskier than usual, at night, especially on the legs and ankle and not just on the beach. So, if you wear nothing at all, bring lots of DEET.

That why i take long sleeved t shirts and track suit bottoms to wear and night, by spraying the deet onto the clothes not skin it lasts longer
