Hi. Sorry. Been out of town and just saw this. I have spent 9 weeks at Pure Garden in the past 18 months. Yes, it's secure - security guys are great; the rooms are fairly large and the beds are comfy. Safe deposit boxes are at the front desk. There is always somebody there and I have never had a problem accessing it. The pool is a good size - you can get in some good laps if you're so inclined, or have a nice lazy float about. Attollo runs both Pure Garden, and their sister properties Pure Oasis up the road and Bourbon Beach. You have access to the BB beach. And some concerts are free if it's a Pure Resorts event. They started serving breakfast this past winter (the cooks and staff came over from Bourbon) and it was pretty good and a fair price. There's a grocery store right at the end of the property on the left (it's a great little place with fair prices) and another across the street. Times Square and it's bank machine are steps away. For me, the staff make a place and these guys deliver! They're warm and friendly and want to do whatever you need done to make you happy. They're awesome! The gardens are lovely and the gardener is passionate about his garden and it shows. The property and rooms are clean and well kept, if a bit dated, but they are making improvements all the time. The location is great IMHO - you're close to everything, but not right on the beach itself. Nothing is ever a problem. Vincent is a wonderful manager (and a great guy). I have already booked for Winter 2019 (5 weeks). They have a lot of returning guests ... a lot! Both high season and summer. I was surprised how full they were in the summer. Made a lot of friends with both the staff and the guests - many of whom I look forward to seeing in February. Hope this helps.

I've stayed there a couple of times for a few weeks. I had no problems at all. Love the location. May stay there again.

    Re: Pure Garden Resort

I neglected to mention in my original post something important. I was traveling alone, as a single woman, for the first time in over 30 years. My husband joined me on 2 out of the 3 trips I did on my own after I had been there a couple of weeks of my own. I was totally comfortable at Pure Garden. I knew I was safe and I knew I would be taken care of. I can't say that I have that feeling anywhere else. That was uber to me. Very important. I walked over to the bank machine and felt Security had "eyes on". Security is important, and they are there! Just sayin' ...
