It's not on the cliffs, but check out Blue Hole Mineral Springs, (tripadvisor page here). They have some divers and I hear it's a much more laid back vibe than Rick's. We will be heading there in March to check it out. We went to Rick's the first visit to Negril, it was cool, but now we only go if we are traveling with some Negril virgins.
