A similar clear of the cache should work equally on all iPhones. The issue here is with a hard refresh vs a hard restart... If the problem exists, make sure to clear the cache and the problem is resolved.Originally Posted by suziep55

Ah, that is a hard restart or reset of the phone, but does not clear the cache. Here are the simplest instructions that I can find.
