This afternoon, do you take your swimwear with you or on you?
For a quick dip in the sea?
Or do we refresh only with drinks?

Thanks, clear
Rob, we did sent you a PM
My recommended "to bring" list based on my personal experience:
-small day pack or tote
-water bottle
-small cash bills in JA (though I do believe I was able to use US at all of the bars- small bills are always best so the bar tender doesn't have to worry about making change IMO)
-small roll of toilet paper or wipes
-bug spray or wipes
-beer coozies and/or 8-12 oz insulated cup/mug with reusable straw (-plastic cup sized so you don't have to mess with the plastic waste)
-camera
-tip money for the driver
-cash for a snack and beverage at Dru's @ WAVZ
it doesn't hurt to brush up on your domino skills, either!
Just some things I've been glad to have handy on my trips "the other way"
I'm gonna be Iron like a Lion in Zion
I think this "other way" is a good way for people to get out of Negril and get a sense of of what Jamaica is like when you aren't surrounded by tourists.
You don't need to wait for a bus to take you out somewhere if you want you can just go out on your own.
Big Up to Lenbert for providing a comfortable way for tourists to sample local culture.
Respect.

Acc,
This crawl is not part of Lemberts One Love Pub Crawl... We had the first one as part of our Boardie Bash this year!

Rob and Lisa were the hosts for this crawl, at least the inaugural one. And I'm sorry I can't remember the gentleman's name who drove us around.
Lenbert is now running two busses in the Cliffs/West End area, including his very own bar at his home! Actually, I think it's his wife's bar!

Thanks for the clarification. I was "Big Up"ing Lenbert for getting the idea rolling even if he isn't part of this. I did the Pub Crawl and liked it alright. I do prefer to just go with a friend to one or two bars and stay as long as I want. That being said, I know some people like the security and company that a group tour provides.

Rob and Lenbert started the One Love Pub Crawl in the West End in 2011 with the three of us riding the bus along with one other couple...it has obviously grown from there...enough for two buses now!
Rob, Lenbert and I spent a couple of years working out the "bugs" and Lenbert now runs a successful business.
Just as he had done for Lenbert, Rob is now working on a new pub crawl going "the other way" as an option for those that have been through the West End many times and would like to see something different. Most of these bars don't see many tourists and are excited and appreciative of the people they meet and the extra business the pub crawl will bring.
This new pub crawl is being tweeked just like the One Love Pub Crawl was detailed. We have received great reviews so far and look forward to this becoming another regular event!
And, LivinInThe603...I'll work on the TP issue...lol!
