Rayon resort.....

We haven't stayed there but are booked there for Feb for 10 days. We have always stayed on the beach side hotels, but realized that the extra $ we are spending for that is a little silly, considering we have never had a room where we can see the water! We looked at Rayon last time and it seems sweeeet! I'd love to hear from people who have stayed there, too.

Stayed here 4 or 5 time before we decided to make the West End our home from home. I would recommend very highly. Pansy the owner and all the staff are extremely accommodating and friendly. Very clean and fantastic value for money.

Most of the guests are returners who have been going back forever which speaks for itself. Most of the time you feel like you have the pool to yourself.

Directly opposite Sun Beach and next to Best in the West you really cant go wrong.

I have not stayed there, but have good friends that stay there often. They love it. I was there for their Anniversary party a few years back, and the place is very nice, with a really great staff. Just want to point out , the new place '' Vinnies '' is right next to Rayon. Vinnie's was opened by the former chef from Best in the West. A group of us during boardie bash week went there, and the food, and service was awesome !!

I've stayed at Rayon numerous times and have had a great time there. You will enjoy the being treated special and it's a slow pace place. Enjoy the breakfast and the wonderful view of the morass. Have a look at the menu and let them know if there is anything you would like them to prepare for your futures meals. You will have great meals prepared just for you. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. Take a taxi man from out front and he will take you and pick you up to the places you would like to go. You can find more info just by searching here on this forum. I for one did some trip reports in the past. I think you will enjoy it. You might want to search out a few different places to hang out nearby on the beach. The beach is great, but a change in bar or restaurant is fun too.
