Our personal choice is a good friend on the beach who gives us bank rates and we never have to leave our beach chair. CCLP has nice safes in each room so we just bring US dollars. No fees, no cab ride to the ATM, no hassle with people hanging around the bank or ATM, no need to leave the beach.
Ditto with us Capt.....our first stays a lot of tourists were getting ripped off, we had to hide ours when we left the room, or bring most of it....a few stays later we just handed over our "bank" over to the owner to cache for us........Originally Posted by Captain Oil
