Got a new cell phone in March when I was last in Jamaica and I forgot to top it up. Bought it at a Flow store in Port Antonio. We're coming to Negril in December so where is a good place to get this done? And do I need to get a new SIM card?

Yes, a new sim will be necessary. You can go to the Flow office upstairs at Coral Seas Plaza.
