You will miss her but take heart. Her spirit will be with you again in a new dog body.
I've always marveled at how amazing the bond between Dog and Man is. Your post brings to mind all the good dogs I've had.
We are so blessed that eons ago wild canis came near our campfires and somehow chose to become canis domestica.
For me there never will be another Jack, Rex, Black and Blue in JA or Bozo, Emmit, Calypso and Domino in the US.
But now there's Honey and Storm......
Sadie's gone but you'll find another...
