Yellow Bird is happy to allow the use of their chairs as long as you're buying at the bar...they have a small minimum charge.
Most places have adopted this policy...as sadly there were too many people using chairs & bringing their own food & drinks.
Which always surprises me. Almost every day there is a two for one and you can get pretty buzzed up for $20, less if it's rum punch or Jamaican delight or the such. Bringing your own just seems like such a waste of time.
