Big Mama was cooking up a storm

So, here I am, close to my J-Family house.

I had a whole suitcase full of stuff.
I figure, it's close to Christmas,
the girl's B-day
Just missed the boy's B-day
and just because I am blessed to be able to give.

I had a different driver this time,
so when I pulled up nobody noticed that it was me.
I stayed in the car a bit and watched.
The boy was running around as usual,
Little kids playing with things.


The 4 month old (last trip) was almost ready to walk now,
the teen daughter had her in a stroller.

I came out the car and immediately entered the house.
I laid out all the gifts on the bed.

Of course the 11 year old and 15 year old got the most stuff.
Where's Big Mama?
She's in the Kitchen.

I went in the kitchen and it was hot in there.
Big Mama was sitting down
"It's hot, hot in here.
I looked over at the stove and saw all these pans just cooking away.
Hmmm, smells like curry powder?
Yep, curry chicken was soon to come.

The oldest girl divided the school supplies into piles for her brother and herself.
Of course she got the best stuff.
The boy made a face, but I had something special for him.

We played with the toys I brought
and I threw the little ones up in the air a few times.
Those little ones sure know how to wear you out.
Try it.
Try running around, throwing kids up in the air
(make sure you catch them)

And carrying them on your back!

"where's my chair, bring me my chair! I said.

The boy hopped to it and soon I was sitting outside.

"Mark, are you ready to eat??" says Mommy.
Hecky yeah!!
They brought me what I call a Thanksgiving size plate.
A round mound of Curry Chicken and rice, steaming hot!!

Afterward I just chilled and had a few Smirnoff Reds from the shop to wash it all down.
Called my driver and headed home.
