I’m a big fan of the Grand Pineapple. I was just there last week! I’ve been there twice and enjoyed both stays. The grounds are beautiful with Peacocks strutting around, the location is central, the food is REALLY good. The drinks are delicious. The amazing staff is what keeps me coming back. They’re so great! You feel like family when you’re there.

The only downside is that the bar closes at midnight, everything shuts down and then it’s quiet as a mouse… so there isn’t much of a real “nightlife” at the Grand Pineapple. It’s more of a chill out resort. You’re right next to Alfreds if you want to go out later than that though. It’s also not very luxurious. It’s colorful and it’s unique. If this is your first trip to Negril, I highly recommend GP.

If you can get a good deal, jump on it. You’re not going to find a better AI in this price range on the beach strip.
