This small fee gives you 24 hour access to call me for info, advise or priority service if needed. Otherwise I do answer 24 hours for a service call and will always get there as soon as I can you. Just a reminder to have travel medical insurance for reimbursement. I am a cash service as on-site services mostly are, and you get a receipt. Credit card needed for hospital or ambulance payment (at least partial). I do my best to collaborate with services avaialble and will be your advocate. My reputation has built trust and a good reputation. Search on here to see some great feedback, but know that I am first call at many hotels and businesses in Negril.
