Patrick plans to stay open year round this year, his plan is to have staff and his chef in training keep things going while he back in Canada.
Trip #59 most of February
I was there last Friday with my wife , Kim - IT WAS OUTSTANDING ! The DJ was playing some great tunes and the crowd was hopping ! 2 for 1 Rum Punch's ($350.00 Ja) and after 3 you are wobbly. Patrick is training a couple of chefs to run the place during the summer season when he goes home to Edmonton and the place is just getting better & better. Super Vibe ,Great Staff and outstanding food. The Burgers are Legend , but anything they cook especially Seafood is top drawer. Make the trip to West end and check it out. Patrick was talking about setting up a shuttle or paying for your taxi out there if you are on the beach so ask him 1st..
I would suggest you just ask Patrick if its more Vegetarian or Vegan meals you are looking for. He is a trained Chef so would doubt there is a lot he is unable to cook. Check them on Facebook and send him a message or look for his phone number on some of the enclosed IP address' and call over. I know he was talking about posting menus on the Beach Hotels offering the fare for the Taxi there and also setting up a delivery service. He is an up and comer and serious about making this into a Negril tradition and destination. Wanda - If you are out there maybe you can forward this info to Patricks attention ! Thanks
