and i feel like any shop that was limited to selling to legit rastafarians would a) be better served if it weren't owned by an italian business man and b) go out of business with a quickness in 2019 negril. i still don't understand how "sacramental" licensing works, but i'm pretty sure the shop at banana shout isn't a holy place.
