FYI in Jan. this year we found that the banks were consistently giving a much better rate for Canadian...up to 10% more at times.
Out of curiosity, I just checked online and that still seems to be holding true. These are the current rates for CAD:
FX Trader - 90.75
Scotiabank - 93.53
NCB - 95.10
