I was at the Royal Palm Reserve last week. It is officially closed and there is a sign that nobody is allowed to pass the gate. There are a few people there, one wear a guardsman uniform. He told us that we can walk around if we want.
It´s a beautiful and quiet place when you want to go for a short trip.
