    Cclp

Hi boardies, hoping to get some feedback on the rooms at Coco. Trying to book a late summer trip and based on availability Treehouse may not have any rooms...so i was thinking Coco. Can you guys tell me the difference between the Deluxe and the superior? Or is a jr suite worth the $? We just need a king size bed, refrigerator, microwave and a balcony and I think we want to stay away from the new rooms which look more hotel like. Thoughts? Thanks in advance

I'm not sure about the deluxe and the superior. It might be something as simple as the deluxe has a single bed and the superior has double beds, but not sure about that. The junior suites are definitely worth the $. I like to try new hotels but haven't found many places I like more than the junior suites at Coco. They have a frig, microwave and nice-sized balcony.

The Superior's have a covered patio..Deluxe's have patio but uncovered...there are 2 deluxe types..one in the newer building..and then deluxe's in the older section...newer section is set up like a hotel. Unless you need two beds.....the Deluxe is a nice way to go...and a little cheaper

Superiors have 2 double beds, Deluxe's have 1 king bed. We always book Deluxe's in the old section.

I would add Jr. Suites are all upstairs--so no one walking right by you while you relax on your balcony. Also the rooms and bathrooms are huge in the Jr. Suites.

And ice machines throughout.....and continental breakfast incl. or $5.00 credit towards ala carte menu .
Awesome deal. The added perks are worth the little added cost. Great staff and great location. Now if I could only beat mr. Gibson at “corn hole” (bean bag toss game) all would be right with the world!

I would book the standard room to save money. It has everything except for a microwave.
It's the only room I've stayed at CCLP.
I find the patio/balcony overrated, considering the standard rooms are close to the beach and restaurant.

I agree. The beach, pools, bars, and gardens are great for hanging out. Don't spend much time in the room.

Mr Gibson (aka General Gibson) is tough to beat at corn hole.
