Yep Try buying open waterfront view where I am in Fla, 10 times that if you could find it and you would't be able to get it deeded for commercial use.
Looks adjacent to Tensing Pen. Seems like they could absorb it and put up 3 more huts at $300+ each per night. It's tough to get the more popular rooms there even a year in advance,so maybe that could work.
it's all relative.
you couldn't even buy a 400 square foot studio apartment in brooklyn for $300k.
i'd rather take the cliffside property in negril.
