Screw it, what's better than 1 week in Jamaica?? 2 weeks!! Our dates now changed to 9/28-10/12. First time ever for a two week trip for us. There are advantages to both kids being off at college at the same time I guess!!

I've never been to Negril in October before. I'm usually Jan/Feb and July. Coming at the end of October - 10/22 - 10/31 with a group of seven, three are newbies. What can I expect as far as restaurants/bars being opened. I know some close until November. Anyone have a list of what's opened and what's not?

Trying to decide.

I was in Jamaica most of the summer, at my home in Westmoreland. Back in the USA now (Gee, sounds like a Beatles song. No wait that was "Back in the USSR" ). I think I'll return to Jamaica in October in time for my birthday (Oct 14), and stay through November. But not sure yet.
