    Did you jump? Only did it a couple of times well before the crowds showed up. Now... I'll stick to the lower jumps.

    Russ...no jumping today...but Rob is actually a really good diver...scares the beegeezuz out of me!! I still hold my nose to jump.

    Why haven't we seen any of those Rob "action diving shots"? Janet won't let me do it anymore, but I do have this memory although not the best form. 2009, age 58.

    We love to go to Ricks to have a beer or 2 and people watch,always worth the extra bucks you pay for the beers!!

    I thought I was the only one crazy (read as dumb) enough to dive head first. I did it a few times before the big Ricks renovation. At the time the diving pad was pushed back from the edge of the cliff, and I was actually scared because I couldn’t see directly below. By jumping head first I thought I would be able to see where I was going. I guess the rum punch made me believe I could do something about it at that point.
    These days I won’t even jump feet first. My fear now is I’ll knock my bad back out. At least I have the memories of being young and dumb (and drunk) to reminisce when I’m old and crusty.
    The last time I was at Catcha I dove head first from one of the high points, and it scared the bejesus out of me.
