How to sponsor a child to go to school in negril......

Here is a link to an opportunity for you to give back to the community of Negril by sponsoring a child or 2 with donations to help the kids with uniforms, books, supplies, breakfast and transportation to get them to school through the Get Kids To School program started by Father James Bok at St.Mary's Gate of Heaven parish in Negril.

We have been sponsoring a child since the program's inception and it is very gratifying to witness the growth of one or two children though their formative years with the care and guidance of Joan Cooney and Father Jim.

It would be awesome if there would be a sponsor for every child in Negril who needs one. Some of these children have no or little support and their circumstances don't allow them to go to school every day, or at all. These kids just need someone to help them and to give some structure in their lives. This is one proven way to do just that.
