Club MoBay or C5 Immigration Forms

We are coming down in early Feb with about 20 people...…… Looking for opinions on whether Club Mobay would still be required to get thru Customs smoothly...….

I use Club MoBay all of the time. There can be some huge lineups at immigration but with them I whiz through in a very short time. They have their own line so you rarely wait long at all.

If you are arriving on a weekend....it is for sure worth it..I pretty much buy the arrival/ departure package every time...a good value for for 80$..food and drinks and time saved...can't beat it..

If you're arriving after noon, there's value in Club Mobay, getting thru immigration (especially if you don't have a private driver waiting for you and you're getting on a large tour bus to get to your hotel, better to wait in the MoBay lounge than the big bus). When I've arrived before noon, I've always gotten thru immigration in minutes (so I wouldn't think there's a need then). As for departure, Club Mobay doesn't help you with the long lines at luggage check-in at your airlines desk (which is, by far the longest wait for departure). After luggage check-in, it's never taken me more than 10 minutes to get thru customs before the departing gate area. Instead of the MoBay Lounge, just go to Margarittaville for some food/drinks and you can use their free wifi (a drink and a sandwich there is usually $20). You can also check the Mobay airport website for arrivals to get a feel for how many planes will be arriving around the time you land.

Yes, MoBay club for 20 people for sure. Much easier for any first timers. Biggest benefit is the lounge gives you a place to regroup, have a drink and snack and everyone has a place to change into there tropical wear. I like that they call my driver for me. The kiosks were sitting idle when we arrived. Don’t know why.

We always use Club Mobay…… I was wondering if the new C5 online Immigration option would not require the Club Mobay option...…

We have begun using Club Mobay recently for both arrival and departure. While it is true there is more value in the arrival portion, there was a couple of times that the line to get through security on departure was completely through the airlines' check in area to the restrooms on the left (as you walk into departures from your taxi). We did not have Club Mobay but did buy it after we checked in with our airlines and it saved us from potentially missing our flight.
