Went for breakfast at Pee Wee's yesterday.....

We had breakfast there 3 times over the past week. But when Elvis came to the table and sheepishly gave us a new laminated menu priced in US dollars that was about 50% higher that just a few days ago, we decided to walk across the street to Pablo's. An older lady was sitting there when we got up to leave and told us that Elvis would be back in a few moments. We told her to tell Elvis that the price increase was too much ($12 US for a Spanish omlette) and we were going to another restaurant. Later that day I was informed that she was the owner. I believe we were the first "would be" customers for the new menu. Best of luck, but with other options close by, business may suffer.
    Regards,
    Bob

    That’s ridiculous pricing! I’m a canuck, and that’s almost $16. Can
That better be a heck of a plate of food for that price! It would be at home.
I don’t think the eggs benny at Coco is that much.

Breakfast at Coco La Palm is a great way to start the day. Fuel up for a tough day sipping Stripes on the beach. The prices have been extremely reasonable considering the quality, quantity, setting, and service.

Hmmmm fresh bread. Some of the best service on the beach in my opinion. Nothing like a big smile and a cup of coffee from Jayda-Lee or Michelle Love.

CoCo, either lets you have a free continental breakfast or $5 off their breakfast menu while you stay there!

Yup! Just another one of Coco’s perks, and why we keep going back!

That's sad to hear. The best Eggs Benedict I've ever had was at Pee Wees.

To stop this false rumor now, PEWEES HAS NOT BEEN SOLD!

The property is still in the family name and Elvis is in charge of the daily running of the place.

Because of the Jamaican dollar devaluation, everything is costing more for us...

That is why the us$1 is now worth j$130
