I've stopped multiple times at the scotia in Lucea... since that isn't really a tourist town, there's no one hassling you outside the bank.

The Scotia Bank closed in Lucea...is the ATM/ABM still available (for sure) somewhere in Lucea?

Oh, I didn't know the Scotiabank office in Lucea closed. I think the ATM is still there but I'm not 100% sure. I last used it in August. Usually I go to Sav which is closer to my home.
