I have heard that the man was Ozzy of 420 Blvd beside Rondel and flag city. Please let me know as he is a dear friend and brother. I was just texting Ozzy the other day about our upcoming visit. If anyone can tell me with certainty whether it is my friend Ozzy or not would be greatly appreciated
