Does anyone know if Digicel has SIM cards that would fit an iPhone X? I will be there next week and since my phone is unlocked I figured I might as well get a local number. Thanks in advance for any replies.

Yes Digicel sell sim card to fit your iPhone x
iPhone X takes the same SIM as older iPhones, and yes Digicel sells SIMs that fit iPhones.
Be aware that theft by drive-by-snatching (from motorbike) is becoming a thing here. An iPhone X is a particularly tasty treat to snatch. So be careful with that phone.
It's been a thing in Kingston for some time...as unfortunately happened to Rtitle in Kingston...but it's not a "thing" here in Negril & will unlikely become a "thing"...as it's tougher to do because of all the cameras around town here in Negril.
But...nothing wrong with being aware of your surroundings.
We can't tell you how many times someone has said their phone or tablet was stolen and it turned up at the last place they left it!![]()

well since we are speaking cell phones i do have a question perhaps someone might be able to answer. i have a nokia i got thru digital in Negril about 10 years ago. i don t think it has a removable sim card. i was going to bring down an older i phone and see if i could put my number into the new phone. think that will be possible?
I'm pretty sure even old Nokias have removable SIM cards. Google "Nokia SIM card" and you'll find directions for removing it for various models. It is possible to get a replacement SIM with the same number (e.g. if you had lost the old phone or if, as happened to me, it was stolen) but they charge you for that.
I'm with Rtitle...my first phone here over 15 years ago was a Nokia...it had a removable sim card.
After 16 trips to Jamaica I have yet to have anything stolen or encountered any troubles like that. I don't walk around with my phone out all the time on vacation really its just so I can keep in contact with my Jamaican family while I am there....we have bought numerous cell phones over the years I just figured that it would be cool to use the device I use at home....thanks for letting me know they have that they have the sims though!!![]()
