I can remember when it was 30 to 1 (about year 2000).
I remember it being around 5 to 1 in the early 80's.
That was the rate my first trip in 1974.
at times...walk to Booby Cay, throw yor "supplies" in a old "kit bag" over yor shoulder and walk across to Booby Cay.....enjoy...no police-mon will get wet ha-ha......Have BIG parti.......well into night!
