I found a bike store near the Dunbar River plaza in Sav, which is close to where I live, but maybe not so convenient for you. I was looking for a bike store not to buy a bike, but to repair my bike that I brought from the US. They were knowledgeable and nice. I forget the name of the place but it's findable by looking for a large collection of bikes for sale on display outside the store.
Bike is a great way to get around in Jamaica. It's a good gift.
