Just went to Canoe for special wedding anniversary breakfast. We ate it and we paid for it but was not good because of bad service and manager was not there to discuss.
We asked for two lobster omelettes but only brought one to me and did nothing for my wife. I was immediately concerned because I prefer jamaican custom of taking care of the ladies first. I asked for my wife to be served - waitress said “it’s coming” but it was very obvious that It was not actually coming out of the kitchen and that she started a new order. That ruined everything. I expect better from a major restaurant when I spend a lot of money for everything to be good.
I can understand mistakes but I would have expected a manager or owner to come to us when I tell them I am not happy.
