Great question. Unfortunately, I haven't been to Negril in years and don't feel like I can provide an answer but we'll be there in early May and brown stew chicken is my favorite Jamaican dish. There's so much good brown stew around town...the first one I loved was Sips&Bites...then I was enamoured with Supreme's (used to be called Winners & currently owned by Corner Bar) version, but it runs out fast...and my overall favourite for a long time now is at Jah B's.
Thanks. We haven't been to Negril in years. Back then it seemed mostly brown stew fish was on menus and not chicken. Noticed it on more menus now and can't wait to try it.
