Heal well, it doesn't have to be ice to slip on, I slipped and fell in October at the villa I rent in Negril on very slippery tile, broke 1 and cracked 3 Ribs. It cut our trip 4 days short and was down and out for another 10 days when we finally got home. Just stay focused on getting healthy, pushing yourself will not help you heal faster.
