The situation both here in the US and Jamaica is only beginning to get worse. This is a moving target and if you already don't have plans to visit Jamaica, I think you should wait til much later in the year and if you already do have plans, be prepared to change your plans.
I know it is hard to wait when you really, really want to go now.
