Greeting to you all and hoping that everybody is doing well!! Just for clarification it is my understanding that any flights that are cancelled anywhere in the world the ticket holder is entitled to a full refund. No BS from the airline. travel agent, or online seller. You can't eat a credit or voucher for future travel. I was due to fly to the Czech Republic at the end of April and Lufthansa cancelled the flights. The tickets were purchased on Ovago and Lufthansa said that since the contract to fly was breached I was entitled to a full refund but had to chase Ovago for the refund. Ovago e-mailed some bull**** excuse and blamed Lufthansa and that I wouldn't get a full refund because of more BS. Long story short I called Visa and told them the situation and within 12 hours I was credited in full. I don't want to pine about money at this point in time but I wanted to let you all know your rights and not to believe the MF'ers who are trying to rip you off in this time of crisis!!
